Search of particular case law on any section, topic, act, rules etc. of a particular Court is possible, in one go. In case you intend to search case law of CPC by Supreme Court you have to write CPC Supreme Court and click the icon of Head notes and Court and similarly if you want to search case law on CPC by Allahabad or Andhra Pradesh or Bombay or Calcutta or Delhi or Gauhati or Goa or Gujarat or Himachal Pradesh or Madhya Pradesh or Madras or Karnataka or Kerala or Orissa or Punjab or Rajasthan or Uttaranchal just write CPC and Name of High Court and click icons of head note and Court. You will get the entire case law of that particular Court. Then you can make further search.

Search of Courts by abbreviations is not possible. For searching case of law of Supreme Court you have to write Supreme Court and not SC or S.C.

You can get photostat copy of any citation for Rs.50/- only, per citation. Photostat copy will be sent by courier within 48 hours. There is no provision to send photostat copy by VPP. Charging an amount of Rs.50/- is towards our basic expenses and courier charges and no service charges are levied as we provide this service at no extra cost. To get photostat copy by courier all you have to do is to deposit Rs.50/- in our current account in ICICI Bank in the name of `CIVIL COURT CASES' a/c No.001305001776 and inform us by just sending an email to our address : civilreports@hotmail.com; civilreports@rediffmail.com or SMS on our Mobile Ph.No.98156-10605, informing us about deposit of amount, complete postal address and citation. While sending message through SMS you can just write civil for CIVIL COURT CASES or CRIMINAL in case of Criminal Court Cases and just APEX in case of APEX COURT JUDGMENTS. If you want a photostat copy of 2006(1) CIVIL COURT CASES 238 (S.C.), you can write like this: 2006.1 civil 238.
