• How to LOGIN/SIGNUP
    • To login click at `Login/Signup' at top right hand corner at Home page.
    • We are using OPENID as our `LOGIN/SIGNUP`, thus you don't have to fill any Registration Form. We didn't store the Passwords of Your Email Address, the required information is shared between us and Your Email Service Provider.
    • Now it will show you the insignia of `Google`, `Yahoo` and `Hotmail/Windows Live ID`. Click on the any one you are have your Email A/c.
    • A POPUP window would appear and if it doesn't appear then Kindly disable the POPUP window Blocker and then try again.
    • In Popup window it you will show your Email Service Provider Login Panel. Enter your Email address and Password.
    • Wait for few Seconds, the window would automatically close and you will re-directed to Home Page.

  • How to Search Case Law

    At Homepage, there are two types of Search available as:

    Search for Headnotes/Keywords

    Search for Headnotes/Keywords option appears as below. Write any word, combination of words, act, section etc. It will search.

    Search by 'Any Word'/File Number

    Search for Headnotes/Keywords has two options available are search in Headnote or Search with File Number. Search for Headnote is the default option and to search for File select the option Search by File Number and after selection it will appear as under

    Search for Headnotes/Keywords have the option to search case law of All Courts or Supreme Court of India or a particular High Court. Select from the drop down box. it will appear as under:


    Search by Citation

    Search by Citation means by name of the journal, year of its publication, volume number and page number. First you have to select the Journal Name for which the Judgment is required. The Year would display the years of the Judgments Avaiable and when you select the Year the New Option box for selection of Volume would appear. After selection of the Volume, text box asking page number would appear. Note: It is note necessary to select all the options

    How to search case law effectively:

    • Login/signup with your email ID whenever you visit the website. Search case law and search within search case law. No charges.
    • Write IPC/I.P.C./ipc and S. for Section, O.6.R.17 CPC etc. Search can also be by just writing a word, a phrase or a combination of words.
    • Select the Court from the drop down box of which you want to search the case law.
    • After display of search results click at details to view the complete head note.
    • A file number is assigned to each case. Note down the file number. You can search case law by file number also.
    • View/take prints of judgments instantly by making online payment. Many packages available as per your need.
    • For online payment click at `Make Payment' at home page which appears only when you login.

  • ONLINE PAYMENT GATEWAY
    • First of all login/sign up with your Email Account.
    • After login/signup at the same place you will find option of `make payment`, Click at `make payment`.
    • A Form would appear you have to fill this form and select the Amount of the Payment and submit the form.
    • After submitting the Form you have to select the Payment Method to make Payment, currently there are four options available for payment viz. Online Bank Transfer/Debit card/Credit card/Cash card, select the payment method and make the payment.
    • After the payment, don't close the browser wait for few minutes as it will re-direct you to our website and your account is activated same time. A Message box would appear for confirming the payment.
    • Now search case law. Search within search, within search...... When search results are displayed click at `Details` on the right hand corner. It will show you the complete head note. Now if you feel that this is the judgment required by you then fill up the numericals given at the bottom and click. It will open the judgment.
    • You can view/take prints of judgments but note that you cannot download the judgment. The moment you open the judgment it will be counted in your A/c. You can view your account also. Click at `Balance` which is just at the place of login/signup at home page.

    Numberous packages to view/take prints of judgment copy are available. Purchase the one the most suitable to you. For complete details click `JUDGMENT COPY' at home page. You can view/take prints of judgments instantly by making online payment. Those not having the facility to make online payment can deposit cash in our bank account. Complete bank details appear at `JUDGMENT COPY'. If you make online payment your account is activated instantly. In case you depsoit cash in our bank account then you have to inform us through email at our email ID : info@lawmirror.com. Please note that we can activate your account only when you once login at our website so that your email ID comes into our data base and it is only your email ID through which we activate your account.

    • After search results display at the right hand corner click at `Details'. Complete head notes of that particular judgment will be displayed. Complete head note is displayed only when you login/sign up.
    • Now if you feel that you require this judgment then you have to be paid member. For complete details click at `Judgment copy' at home page.
    • You can make online payment or you can deposit the amount in our bank a/c. Complete details of bank account are available at `Judgment copy'.
    • When you make online payment your a/c is activated within a second. Now you can view/take prints of judgments. There is no provision to download the judgment.
    • Those who deposit the amount in our bank a/c have to send a request through email and immediately thereafter we activate a/c and inform you through email.
    • We have no provision to send judgment copy through email.
    • Now you can view your balance. When you login/sign up, just at that place `balance' appears. Just click at it and it will display complete details of your a/c.
    • You can now purchase online, law cd's and law books also.
  • Advocate's Directory
    • Now get enlisted in Advocates Directory, free of cost, and feel your web presence.
    • At home page click at Advocates Directory. A new window will open. Click at `Add your details'. Fill up the form and submit.
    • A link will be sent to your email ID. Click at the link sent to you. The moment you click at the link your name will be added in the Advocates Directory.
