For the purpose of confirming your compliance with the terms of these "LawMirror.com" reserves the right to monitor and record activity on the site, including access to "LawMirror.com" content.

In addition to the usage charges, the subscriber is liable to pay any and all taxes, duties and levies which may be applicable as per law or regulation and which "LawMirror.com" may apply to the total billing of the subscriber.

Order once placed, payment made and accepted, will in no case be cancelled and amount received will not be refunded.

On website best prices and offers are offered and after accepting the offer if buyer places an order then in no case objection regarding price of the goods and services will be entertained and in any case the order cannot be cancelled and request for refund of amount will not be entertained.

That in case an order is placed, payment made and accepted and thereafter it is found that the product ordered is either not in store or the product so ordered is damaged and inspite of best efforts that product cannot be arranged then price thereof received will be refunded.

If any product is despatched and is damaged in transit then the same shall be returned by the buyer at his own cost and if after inspection it is found that that product was in fact damaged in transit then  amount of that product will be returned.

That in case of delay in despatch of the product of which the buyer has placed order and  payment received, then in that event the seller shall not be responsible and shall not be liable for damages.

Although due care and caution has been taken to avoid any mistakes or omissions while editing or publishing the judgments (with Head-Notes), subscribers/readers/licencee should verify the correctness of the full text as in the certified copy of judgment. `Lawmirror.com' or its associate comapnies/firms shall not be responsible or liable in any manner for any loss or damage caused to them or any other person concerned in any way, due to mistakes or omissions committed despite care and caution. Editing of judgments is done with utmost care and skill still the users/licencee are advised to go through the entire judgment and `lawmirror.com' or its associates shall not be responsible or liable in any manner for any loss or damage caused to them due to mistakes, errors or omissions committed in the editing despite care and caution. The use/licence granted by `lawmirror.com' to view and take print outs is subject to the said terms and conditions.

Certain areas of the site may be available to the "Paid User" only on payment basis. "Paid User" is solely responsible for the confidentiality and use of and access to "LawMirror.com" content. "Paid User" are not authorised to share contents on social media (e.g. facebook, twitter, whatsapp, Instagram etc.). "Paid Users" are granted the access for Limited Period and for Limited Judgments. "Paid User" can also view or print the full text of the judgments at a very nominal price. For the understanding the Limited Jugments and Limited Period the following are the examples.

Example: On 1st of Month User Paid Rs.200/- for payment to View Full Text Judgment. The User would be given the 15 days period of validity and right to access 10 Judgments.

Situation 1: If, the User takes 5 Judgments before expiry of 15 days. The License would be terminated on expiry and he can't take the Judgments after expiry. Again he makes the payment of Rs.200/- on 5th of Next Month, the User can take only 10 Judgments before expiry of 15 days.

Situation 2: If, the User takes 1 Judgments before expiry of 15 days but deposite Rs.200 more on 29 day then now the user can take 19 Judgments before the expiry of the period, of the New Paid made.

The provider shall not be liable for any loss, injury, claim, liability, or damage of any kind resulting from "the Users" use of this web site and the interactive areas of this web site or any facts or opinions appearing on or through an interactive area. Provider shall not be responsible for any special, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind whatsoever (including without limitation, lawyers fees) in any way due to, resulting from, or arising in connection with the use of or inability to use this web site or the content. To the extent the foregoing limitation of liability is prohibited, providers sole obligation to the User for damages shall be limited to Rs 200.
